Red Eyes is an ongoing outdoor pop-up projection series inspired by the Japanese animism tradition of Shinto, which believes everything in the world, including humans, is part of a single unified creation and that all things in nature are inhabited by spirits.

Using mobile projection mapping technology, animated “Red Eyes” images are projected onto ordinary outdoor structures, giving them life as mysterious monsters, highlighting what’s always been around us and help people appreciate everyday things.
