Ancient storms are gathering. The Hala—a colossal dragon from Bulgarian folklore—tears through the sky, devouring the sun and plunging the city into darkness. When monsters attack, what can mortals do against such primal fear?

In this explosive projection mapping spectacle, an ordinary person witnesses the chaos from their window and makes an extraordinary choice: to fight fear with fear itself. They reach for an ancient ritual mask and transform into the Kuker—a wild, fur-covered creature bristling with horns and deafening bells. This ancestral guardian embodies a savage wisdom: sometimes the only way to banish demons is to become something even they fear.

“Fear Not” reimagines Bulgarian tradition as a mesmerising reminder that the scariest monsters might be the ones that guard us.
